Payment terms are flexible depending on order size and relationship. Commonly we accept partial payment (deposit) upfront, balance before shipment. We also support bank transfers, and other agreed methods.

We ship worldwide from our warehouses. Shipping method and cost depend on destination, order size, and urgency. For major international shipments we work with reliable courier & freight partners.

If there are defects in material or workmanship, we will rectify or replace the items after verifying the issue. Returns for non-defective reasons are subject to agreement and cost of return shipping. Please contact our customer service for details.
